The author of this article examines intertextual correlations of the novel by S. Dovlatov “The Suitcase” with works by A. Blok, I. Brodski, N.V. Gogol, A.P. Chekhov, A. Grin, and carries out the auto-intertextual analysis, which allows to consider the correlations between Dovlatov’s works within the framework of the super-textual unity.

The study of the ‘quote element’ in the play A Strong Feeling helps to draw the conclusion on the stylistic unity of the co-authors’ creative manner.
