YOUTH PRESS AS A COMPONENT OF STUDENT LIFE

The article considers the youth press of modern Russia as an important component of student life. On the example of three youth newspapers ("Student City", "Gaudeamus" and "Cactus"), the author offers an analysis of the thematic variety of journalistic materials about student life, reviews the most popular genres and headings of youth publications, draws conclusions about the level of interactivity of the modern student press.

The emergence and development of the student's period in Russia

The article presents the history of the birth and formation of the Russian student periodicals. The author considers the first manifestations of the life of the student press of Russia in the unofficial "samizdat" periodicals published in educational institutions; in wall newspapers approved by the administration of higher, secondary and secondary specialized educational institutions; in high school periodicals; in the socio-political press that pays attention to student topics.

The work is devoted to an important episode in the history of Russian Soviet journalism - the interpretation of Soviet-Turkish relations in 1938 - the last year of the life of Ataturk's president. The problems of creating the image of a major politician representing a foreign state are considered.

QUALITY OF FRENCH LANGUAGE IN MODERN MASS MEDIA OF QUEBEC

The French language in Quebec is different from the general French norm. Its specifics are clearly manifested in the pages of printed media, on local radio and television. At the same time, Canadian media largely influence the development of a local standard. This article is devoted to the analysis of the quality of the French language of the Canadian media and its impact on national language.

 

Peculiarities of the Development of Online Magazines for Children in the Context of Mass Communication

The article considers such typological features of electronic publications as their being interactive, hypertextual and multimedia in the context of online magazines for children. Different formats of publications for children are analyzed: full-featured original websites, electronic versions of paper publications and Internet applications.
