ACTUAL COMPUTER LEXIS IN ASSOCIATIONS OF SCHOOLCHILDREN

The composition of the so-called computer vocabulary in the associative reactions of schoolchildren is studied using the material of the Associative Dictionary of Saratov and Saratov Region Schoolchildren. It is shown that it has entered the lexicon of students of all age groups and as the students grow up, its relevance increases. The data of the associative dictionary make it possible to identify a number of factors (age, sex, place of residence, type of educational institution) that determine the unequal relevance of computer vocabulary in the linguistic consciousness of different groups of students.
